Friday, April 3 | Abbie Gellman


Gellman, MS RD CDN, has over ten years of Wall Street and hospitality/food and beverage consulting experience and ten years of nutrition-related experience. Abbie is a member of the Science Advisory Board for Jenny Craig, providing ongoing cutting-edge counsel to update the education and lifestyle strategies of the company. She is also an inaugural member of Produce for Better Health’s elite network, Fruit and Vegetable Ambassadors in Action. Food & Nutrition Magazine awarded Abbie the 2017 Stone Soup Blogger of the Year. She received a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University and completed a dietetic internship at New York – Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. Abbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and earned her Culinary Degree from Peter Kump’s New York Cooking School (now known as the Institute for Culinary Education).

Friday, April 10 | Maya Feller


Maya Feller, MS, RD, CDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Maya Feller Nutrition, a nutrition private practice specialized in nutrition for chronic disease prevention. Maya received her masters of science in clinical nutrition at New York University, where she is adjunct faculty.  When working one on one and with groups, Maya believes in meeting the whole person where they are and using a patient-centered, culturally sensitive approach to effect agency and enable each client to meet their unique nutrition-related goals. To address the difficult and complex health epidemics of non-communicable chronic disease, Maya is dedicated to promoting nutrition education that helps the public to make informed food choices that support health and longevity. Maya shares her approachable, real food based solutions to millions of people through regular speaking engagements, writing in local and national publications, via her social media account on Instagram, @mayafellerRD and as a national nutrition expert on Good Morning America, Strahan, Sara & Keke, Dr. Oz and more. She is also the author of The Southern Comfort Foods Diabetes Cookbook.

Friday, April 17 | Farmer Nick


Nick is a “plantrepreneur” who is passionate about all things green. As a full-time plant coach and apartment farmer, Nick’s mission is to make the world more sustainable by giving people the knowledge and confidence they need to create their own green spaces. Nick has more than 50 clients in the NYC area and designs houseplant, landscape, and agriculture installations. 

Friday, April 24 | Jules Horn


Born and raised in Germany, Jules moved in New York City in 2016 to pursue modeling. With a love of playing spots and being active, he started to pay more attention to what he was putting into his body. In 2018 he finished the Primal Health Certification from Primal Health Institute. After seeing and reading about the cruelty of the meat industry, Jules became vegan overnight. He now eats a whole food, plat-based diet to benefit animals, our environment and Mother Earth. Horn’s goal is to inspire as many people as possible and teach people in general to create a lifestyle that is sustainable long-term and makes each individual happy and feel good.

Friday, May 1 | Remy Park


Remy is an NYC based lover of cats and chocolate chip cookies, head home chef and photographer at Veggiekins Blog and a health and wellness writer. She creates vegan and gluten free recipes with a focus on whole food plant based ingredients and the healing power of plants. Outside of the kitchen, she is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, mindfulness coach and holistic nutritionist. You can usually find her at the farmer’s markets, watching sunrises or traveling!
