Microgreens + Cheese Plate

You’ll be host of the year with this insta-worthy Microgreens + Cheese Plate. As long as you have a bowl of Dream Greens Microgreens, there’s no wrong way to go, and your friends will for sure be #grateful.

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • 1 package Dream Greens Micro Super Mix, placed in a small bowl
  • 2-3 types of cheese (can be vegan or dairy-based) – we recommend one hard cheese like cheddar, one medium cheese like muenster, and one spreadable cheese like herbed goat
  • Washed and sliced fruit such as grapes, apples, pears
  • Roasted, spiced nuts
  • Crunchy seasonal veggies including radishes, carrots, cucumbers
  • Toasted bread or crackers
  • Olives, fermented veggies
  • Dips such as olive oil, hummus, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start with a large clean board.
2. Place bowl of microgreens at the center of your board.
3. Arrange cheeses around the board first, followed by dips, fruits, veggies and nuts
4. Serve and enjoy!
