This healthy take on a Pina Colada makes it feel like summer any time of year. This smoothie tastes great already, but add a fancy cup and you’re made in the shade.
- 1/2 packet Dream Greens baby kale
- 2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- Juice of 1/2 lime
1. Blend all ingredients except chia seeds.
2. Mix in chia seeds and let smoothie sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes so that the chia seeds can hydrate (feel free to make the night before you want to drink).
3. Serve chilled and enjoy!
